简介


OX1LP溶解氧测量仪使用极谱溶解氧电极,可用于测量水相中的光合作用和/或呼吸作用,适用于藻类、植物、动物和细胞器(叶绿体和线粒体)的悬浮液。还可用于监测在水相中产生或消耗氧气的化学和生化反应。溶解氧包配有仪器、附件、软件和接口。

可提供从100ul(流通)到50ml不同体积的DO电极。水套反应杯内的氧电极可用于测量生物样品或酶反应的O2消耗(或产生)。


采用简单的两点校准, 可在相同的温度下进行校准和实验,或者可以在软件中对不同温度下的测量进行简单的温度校正。随机附校准所需的所有附件。
